Could be better: Waste bin area had rats running about. Make the food waste disposal, rat proof! Make sure the website lists the reception closing time for lunch. We arrived at 12.35pm and had to wait in the carpark

It’s clean, green (with trees, plants and grass), well equipped and maintained, friendly staff, lovely pool, bar, exercise equipment and only just over a mile walk from Coulon, along a quiet river.
