Liked: The site was excellent, this is our second time at this site. The facilities were very good, we will visit the site again in the future. The pitches were a good size and the improvement on the pool area was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And very helpful when my husband was taken ill, the help and support they gave us was first class. Being able to order bread, croissants and other bits was perfect.

Could be better: There is nothing that needs to be improved it was just perfect.

Liked: We stayed at this campsite for 3 nights in a campervan. Our grass pitch was flat and close to all facilities, and big enough for our needs

Liked: Good size pitches, some nice bike routes near by, the reception staff were very nice and it was very easy to book in, and find out pitch. Nice staff in general, but I feel the staff at the bar, although polite didn't seem overly happy!

Could be better: We ordered food on our first night and we're very disappointed, the chips were cooked within an inch of their life! The pizza was good as was the fish pieces.

Liked: Enjoyed our stay, we stayed three nights on our way down to the dordogne. Clean, good choice of food.

Could be better: Short staffed. Had to wait a while to be served drinks.

Liked: Pretty campsite with varied tree species and tree canopy cover which was appreciated During the hottest weather

Liked: We liked the pitch and the shade given by the many mature trees.

Could be better: I have rated only average because the showers were not very good. In one shower I used the water came down no more than 6 inches from the wall. I could get part of my font wet, or part of my back only by standing very close to the wall. Not good.

Liked: Quiet and shady pitches. Restaurant good value. Good access to cycle routes.

Could be better: Showers a bit cramped. Water pressure to pitch was poor. Disappointed that swimming pool not open especially as it was very hot during our stay.

Liked: Lovely site very close to the river and the beautiful village of Coulon, spotlessly clean facilities lovely bar and restaurant a wonderful find and we are looking forward to visiting again soon Grace and Denis
