Could be better: We chose the campsite because of the swimming pool and booked online, only to be very disappointed upon arrival when we were told that the pool was already closed for the season. We hadn't found any notice about this anywhere and had assumed the indoor pool would be open. We were there with two small children and had really been looking forward to swimming; it was a huge disappointment. Please publicly announce when the swimming pool is closed. The baby-bath wasn't really clean what should be improved. Some things were a bit lacked care—for ex. a permaculture bed without plants..

Liked: We had a friendly welcome and we were kindly given a pitch with a great view as requested. The campsite is in a lovely location and the facilities are all good, especially the indoor pool, sauna and steam room included in the price. Overall with the ACSI discountit was great value for money.

Could be better: Nothing, all good

Liked: Friendly welcome from the receptionist, large pitch with great views. Clean sanitary facilities. Bread and pastries available to order.

Could be better: Arrival when reception was closed was a bit complicated although i had made a reservation beforehand.

Liked: Peace, lovely view, country location, good bathroom facilities.

Could be better: As it’s out of town having the bar/restaurant open in September and also in June at Veules les Roses this year would have been appreciated.

Liked: We had a lovely stay and booking process was very clear, with good communication throughout. I loved the swimming pool! It was so refreshing after a busy day travelling or exploring, plus there's a great view out of the windows. Thank you for ordering fresh bread for the morning! We enjoyed our breakfast. We also liked cycling from the campsite to Oberbronn, Niederbronn les Bains, and many other villages.

Liked: We loved the location - walks, pretty villages to explore, great view and lovely forest walks. The sanitary block was immaculate!

Could be better: The WiFi was very weak and often unusable

Liked: Location was awesome, the pool is a lot bigger and nicer than on the pictures. The cordon blues are delightful.

Could be better: The outside area at the pool could be bigger, maybe even on the grass with an outdoor access.
