Liked: Lovely friendly staff both at reception and the cafe/shop

Could be better: Very disappointed the laundry not working we are in a camper van traveling and needed to wash clothes but couldn’t as it was shut! Also we wanted to purchase a cest si bon card but apparently you did not have any which again is a disappointment as we could have started collecting points from our next stay. You advertised this as a VIP card so shame you did not have any to purchase.

Liked: The site is peaceful and set in a beautiful area near the lake.the site is very well maintained. The shower facilities are very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Liked: Lake to swim in and walk around

Could be better: Clearer information why lake closed during our stay. Was some talk through tannoys at times but not English so no idea what they were advising

Liked: We really enjoyed out 4-night stay at this campsite. It was a great base to explore the Beaujolais Mountains in the car and also on our bikes (some of the hill were really steep!). The facilities were excellent (clean toilets and showers and washing up facilities) and the staff were very helpful at all times.

Could be better: Signage to the site could be better. First, our SatNav wanted to take us into the entrance to the actual lake complex and then it wanted us to take a right turn that would have been impossible towing a caravan (and we have a AVTEX Tourer SatNav!). The showers are lukewarm and could have been a bit hotter.

Liked: Fabulous receptionist who couldn’t do enough, returned unanswered call, excellent English

Liked: Nous avons apprécié le camping pour ses grands emplacements ombragés, la qualité du service sur place et la gentillesse des accueillants. Les activités sont nombreuses et variées, parfait pour les petits et les grands!

Liked: Camping familial calme,le personnel au top ,la propreté des sanitaires, l endroit idéal pour les balades

Could be better: Luminaire sur les chemins d accès la nuit

Liked: Het is oke als doorreis camping, veel langer er zitten zou ik niet aanraden. Het voelt troosteloos en het is 10min lopen naar het meer/zwembad - let op hier heb je een ticket voor nodig van de receptie én dit moet je elke dag opnieuw halen. Dit was ons niet verteld. Meedenken vanuit het personeel mist, dit was teleurstellend. Het zwem-meer zelf is erg lekker en je kunt er goede banen trekken.

Could be better: Betere informatie op de website, personeel gastvrijer/meer meedenken, camping wat opknappen en licht en gezelligheid toevoegen

Liked: Très bonne idée de combiner emplacement pour tente avec sanitaires ( toilettes/douche)et cuisinette/frigo privés Personnel à l accueil et au snack charmant. Entrée des voitures avec reconnaissance de la plaque super ( pas de code à faire)

Could be better: Pas de détail sur le bloc sanitaire dans l annonce : je ne savais pas qu il y avait un frigo et une kitchenette ( nous avions emmené le camping gaz) Le prêt des vélos compris dans le prix de la location : pas assez de vélos tous pris alors que nous étions 2, 2 nuits) Égout de notre sanitaire « à ciel ouvert », donc, odeurs, les tuyaux d évacuation vont dans une buse béton non fermée hermétiquement. Bruit les 3 jours où nous étions là très perturbant ( passage du broyeur, du coupe bordure, etc…. )
