Liked: We liked the challet, it was well played out and well appointed

Could be better: The main bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable which meant we didn’t sleep well which impacted our days. The sleeping just needs updating and upgrading to reflect the lovely surroundings and site.

Liked: It is small and in nature with the lake and the parc. Still enough to do for the whole family

Liked: It is a calm place with a nice pool (that doesn't belong to them and you have to pay to access)

Could be better: Customer Service is really bad. They don't provide accurate and helpful information. Also the games installed for the kids are not in a good condition

Could be better: Un patron lamentable qui n’est pas capable de prévoir ce qu’il faut pour une soirée à 20h, il n’y a plus rien à manger. De plus il se permet de me parler très mal. On me dit sur le site qu’il y a plus que un emplacement bien sûr le plus cher, et quand j’arrive là-bas, je me rends compte que tous les emplacements simples sont vides. Ça mériterait des contrôles sur son Camping

Could be better: déçue de mon séjour, un directeur inexistant pas agréable, accès gratuit a la piscine FAUX il faut payer 5e. location d une semaine mais un décès survenu dans ma famille donc partie plus tôt réponse de la direction, "très bien merci". aucun geste de fait. beaucoup trop de choses négatives a dire. personnel au top malgré tout.

Liked: Lovely friendly staff both at reception and the cafe/shop

Could be better: Very disappointed the laundry not working we are in a camper van traveling and needed to wash clothes but couldn’t as it was shut! Also we wanted to purchase a cest si bon card but apparently you did not have any which again is a disappointment as we could have started collecting points from our next stay. You advertised this as a VIP card so shame you did not have any to purchase.

Liked: Was very quiet when we were there !!!

Could be better: Hose pipe for chemical toilet was facility rather than just a tap would make it easier to rinse out one’s toilet

Liked: The site is peaceful and set in a beautiful area near the lake.the site is very well maintained. The shower facilities are very clean and modern. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Liked: We really enjoyed our time here, we were made so very welcome by all the staff, Highly recommend, we will stay again

Liked: Great location for the lake. Lodge was well equipped and very clean. Parking outside. Lovely campsite.

Could be better: Snack bar and supermarket was limited
