Could be better: Clearer information why lake closed during our stay. Was some talk through tannoys at times but not English so no idea what they were advising

Liked: Pitch size was good. Location good but a little remote. Pool enjoyable.

Could be better: Better quality bread stuffs. More efficient number plate recognition

Liked: We really enjoyed out 4-night stay at this campsite. It was a great base to explore the Beaujolais Mountains in the car and also on our bikes (some of the hill were really steep!). The facilities were excellent (clean toilets and showers and washing up facilities) and the staff were very helpful at all times.

Could be better: Signage to the site could be better. First, our SatNav wanted to take us into the entrance to the actual lake complex and then it wanted us to take a right turn that would have been impossible towing a caravan (and we have a AVTEX Tourer SatNav!). The showers are lukewarm and could have been a bit hotter.

Liked: Wij sliepen in de tent die je kan huren. Die is echt prima. Het meer is lekker en schoon. Op loopafstand en lekker kastelen bouwen. Vriendjes zijn snel gemaakt en het entertainment team is enthousiast.

Could be better: Het is allemaal wat verouderd maar je ziet een wederopbouw gaande. Bed is echt keihard!

Liked: Excellent stay, very nice place, exceptionally calm and quiet.

Could be better: Snack bar might feature more items both for eating and drinking.

Liked: 8 jours debut juin quand il n'y a personne: 6 jours de tondeuse et taille haie, interdiction de rentrer 2 voitures même en étant en tente et sous la pluie (pour eviter les abus), et un accueil desagrable. Pour le reste, le camping et les environs sont magnifiques. C'est la 6 ème années que nous venont, ce sera la dernière. Les residents, qui partent les uns apres les autres, nous ont confirmé que le seul objectif est de faire du fric. Nous avons même été menacé par le mari de la receptionniste pour lui avoir manqué de respect (on a insisté pour la voiture arguant qu'il ny avait personne)

Could be better: Arrêter de ne penser qu'aux bénéfices! Trop de bruit: prenez une equipe de jardinage et faites cela en une journée !

Liked: Warm welcome, clean facilities, great surroundings - the lake is lovely
