Liked: Quiet and tranquil pitches nestled in between lots of shading trees with different size and interesting pitches to suit small or large parties. The facilities were plenty, always clean toilets and showers with hot water. The bar and pool were pleasant and clean… The gentle slopes takeyou to the river which we enjoyed thoroughly with a few scattered wooden sunbeds to suit the natural surroundings and a small wooden cabin providing you with a cooling drink perfection…we will definitely return 😁

Could be better: Motorhome pitches which we were on could do with being slightly larger with more shade/ trees…

Liked: This was our 8th trip to Camping Beau Rivage, clearly, we love it. Many guests return, which says a lot. Set by the River Cèze, it's peaceful and family-friendly, with limited entertainment (a weekly band during our stay). Franck and Stéphanie, the friendly owners, are always around; Stéphanie speaks English. The clean pool is rarely crowded, and many swim in the clear waters of river as well. Fresh bread is delivered daily. Facilities are spotless. Saint-Ambroix and supermarkets are nearby. Great for walking, cycling, canoeing, and local attractions. Highly recommended!

Liked: Very well run site. Warm welcome, lovely staff. Good sized pitch & spotlessly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Camping Beau Rivage.

Liked: Le cadre et le logement étaient très agréables, l'accueil très sympathique. Entre rivière, piscine et visites, mes enfants et moi nous sommes régalés.

Liked: Le calme et les gérants très sympathiques. Arrivés à 12h00 réception fermée la gérante nous a ouvert et remis clé mobilhome...super surtout après 11h de route J'ai bien apprécié la rampe d'accès pour entrer dans l'eau 👍👍 Sanitaires très propres.

Could be better: Infrastructure contour piscine à refaire...danger surtout pour enfants. Bar fermé le 19 août faute de personnels,3 jours après notre arrivée ce qui est dommage.

Liked: Nabijheid van toffe zwemplek aan de rivier (ondiepe delen voor kleinere kinderen maar ook diepe delen). Gezellig zwembad met toffe bar. Vriendelijke eigenaars en personeel. Proper sanitair. Verschillende bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Winkels op fietsafstand.

Could be better: Bar en restaurant sloot plots volledig in het midden van ons verlof (er was inderdaad weinig volk op de camping). Misschien was het beter om elke dag de bar en restaurant maar te openen rond 16h ipv heel de dag open te houden. Zwembad sloot om 19h. Dit zou toch nog een uurtje langer mogen open geweest zijn. St. Ambroix is niet echt het mooiste, gezelligste stadje maar dat is gewoon eigen mening.

Liked: Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'excellente hygiène globale du camping. Que ce soit au niveau des sanitaires communs ou de la propreté de notre mobil-home à notre arrivée, tout était absolument nickel. La rivière proche est un plus non négligeable.

Could be better: En revanche, plusieurs points sont à revoir pour un 4 étoiles.pas beaucoup d'espace entre les mobil-homes.Le mobil-home est très sous-équipé : vaisselle rudimentaire, pas d'ustensiles pour cuisiner correctement, pas de lave-vaisselle et aucun produit de base. Le terrain de pétanque n'est pas utilisable faute d'ombre la journée ou d'éclairage le soir. Enfin, le bar n'accepte que la carte bancaire et nous avons regretté le manque d'animations.

Liked: De camping beschikt over mooie, vaak zeer ruime plaatsen die zijn ingebed in het natuurgebied. De sfeer is heel prettig en de voorzieningen zijn zeer schoon. De camping ligt tegen een helling, dus een beetje klimmen is noodzakelijk. Het zwembad en de bar/restaurant liggen boven aan de helling. De rivier met het strandje uiteraard onderaan de helling.

Could be better: De opties van bar/restaurant zouden zeker uitgebreid kunnen worden. Zoals bijvoorbeeld frites en pizza om mee te nemen naar de tent/caravan vanaf 17.00 uur, ipv alleen restaurant vanaf 19.00. Ook zou het fijn zijn als het, overigens zeer schone!, sanitairgebouw bij de rivier vergroot zou worden.
