Liked: Amazing pool - spent hours there! Location fantastic with the beach nearby & easy walk / cycle to Vieux Boucau. Loved being able to play tennis, volleyball & football on site.

Could be better: Accommodation was ill equipped for 6 people for a 2 week stay. Far too small for comfort & no oven or bbq facilities readily available. Restaurants on site were ok but not great - hugely overpriced. Had to pay extra for tennis courts which was problematic in terms of booking (twice they double-booked us!) & also thought it was unnecessarily expensive at €8.50 per court for an hour - it should be part of the inclusive price.

Liked: The campsite and the location were great

Could be better: Having to leave the swimming pool by walking through filthy water. Not being allowed to drink anything within the pool complex.

Liked: Easy access to fantastic beach. Helpful staff and strong staff presence around the site. Well stocked shop and plenty of activities on site. The outdoor cooking set up was brilliant.

Could be better: Static caravan lacked essential items like a kettle, mugs and wine glasses. The caravan was clean but not spotless.

Liked: Absolutely amazing and the kids loved it.

Could be better: too packed in and accommodation a squeeze. double check in procedure was annoying

Liked: beautiful resort with so much for the family to do. May and Tara at Eurocamp kids club were amazing

Could be better: paid baby siting options. earlier evening activities for younger children

Liked: Great location, close to beach and many cycle paths which are great for cycling with kids. Our 4 kids loved the facilities especially the water park. Pitches for camping are also a great size and well shaded.

Could be better: Our youngest aged 4 got lost whilst staying at the site and we found it difficult to find him. I think more visual maps and even paper copies of layout of the campsite would be useful so not to have to rely on the app solely.

Liked: In September 2024 I booked a pitch, paid a deposit and insurance in case of cancellation. Within a few months I had to cancel the booking. It was still 2024. The insurance did not work (they did not agree to pay) and the camp site refused to return my deposit, even many months before the start of the 2025 season. Then in May 2025 I tried to book a pitch again and the campsite did not agree to consider my prepayment from 2024 as a part payment of the new reservation. Not nice. Finally we did not go there and will not.

Could be better: Better attitude towards clients.

Liked: Great beach access, good pool facilities, clean well kept site. Kids had lots of fun.

Could be better: The only negative would be access to football area /skatepark kids have to go through busy car park and feels external to the campsite.
