Could be better: More space between pitches

Liked: Location, cleanliness.

Could be better: Restaurant is bad. Very overpriced for reheated/prepackaged meals. Example, 19eur for a burger meal and it not possible to ask for no sauce or cheese, hence prepacked/microwaved. It was the same the last time. Improve the selection of food, cook fresh, if not halve the prices.

Liked: Loved the safety of the decking for the kids due to the gate. Loved the site, very clean and well maintained. Great location.

Could be better: - get rid of mould in chalets - provide toaster and oven - provide double duvet and not 2 singles for a double bed. -

Liked: Love the resort. Swimming pools are amazing. Premium accomodation is superb. Beach access a huge plus.

Could be better: ** We had no wifi in our rental and informed reception the day after arrival. It wasn’t fixed for over a week, meaning we had no wifi for 8 days out of 10. I visited reception a number of times to try and get issue resolved but they just blamed their internet service provider. ** Better communication about events that cause facilities to be closed. The sports facilities being closed for 3 days without warning was not great.

Liked: Facilities were good - pools, wash areas, sports areas

Could be better: Low season entertainment. There was none.

Liked: Very nice place, clean, comfortable, the beach is amazing, staff is friendly. Everything was perfect during our stay. Kids loved and enjoyed very much. Definitely we will come again! 👍🌟

Liked: Water park was very good plus children's play areas well equipped & spacious.

Could be better: Rule about type of swimwear that must be worn in water park needs to be part of holiday companies park information. In our case Eurocamp made no mention of this & we were annoyed that we had to purchase new swimwear on arrival to use the water park. Also your water park staff need to be consistent with their reasons as to why lycra swimwear has to be worn. First time at water park no mention of this rule, next day informed of rule but one person says it only applies to the swimming pools & not the water slides then somebody else says it applies to all of the water park facilities.

Liked: Euro camp was amazing especially Liam!

Could be better: Lack of communication with adult weekend from campsite euro were great but actually campsite throwing a adult party with out a heads up is not on!

Liked: Lovely location, good facilities

Could be better: Free wifi, site management team needs to better communicate with individual holiday companies

Liked: Everything for everyone, pool and slides are great, lots of things to do. Beautiful beach.
