Liked: Pool area, access to beach

Could be better: Very noisy early most mornings from work carried out at rear of site Pick pocket operating on the site, my wallet was stolen from my bag at the bar

Liked: Lovely and clean, staff very friendly and kids club was excellent (Eurocamp)

Could be better: Food very expensive on site particularly soft drinks. Beach is very dangerous for swimming but so stunning

Liked: Brilliant forest setting for a relaxing vacation, but still with lots of activities within easy walking distance. The short walk over the dunes to the ocean, with marvellous beach walks to both north and south were truly wonderful, with beach cafes available at both ends. The velo cycle tracks to Leon, Port d'Albret, Soustons and Capbreton offered good off-road alternatives to these picturesque destinations. On site facilities, especially the swimming pools and water slides were good fun for all the family.

Could be better: The on-site cafes and food outlets were ok, but the menus were a bit limited / basic. Some more adventurous alternatives would have been good.

Could be better: bring back the train to the beach

Liked: Loved the facilities, cleanliness of the site, and safety for our children. The mattresses were very good

Could be better: In the chalet, to have storage for food items. 3 bedrooms were tight. the master bedroom awful. it would have been better to have a fold out invisible bed.

Liked: Park was very clean and well kept with good accommodation options . Location of park is good also

Could be better: While it was early in June we stayed , there was no evening entertainment provided . A couple of evening entertainment was advertised and then when we turned up to the arena we were told there was a private staff party on.

Liked: Kids Club superb - Leon & his colleagues were fantastic & Kids lived them

Could be better: Could possibly improve by having notice board of all activities available in nearby locality. We did zip-lining 5mins from the site after seeing it as we cycled past. Also schedule on Resa Sol app & actual activities differ - maybe because it's still early season

Liked: Location, cleanliness.

Could be better: Restaurant is bad. Very overpriced for reheated/prepackaged meals. Example, 19eur for a burger meal and it not possible to ask for no sauce or cheese, hence prepacked/microwaved. It was the same the last time. Improve the selection of food, cook fresh, if not halve the prices.

Liked: Loved the safety of the decking for the kids due to the gate. Loved the site, very clean and well maintained. Great location.

Could be better: - get rid of mould in chalets - provide toaster and oven - provide double duvet and not 2 singles for a double bed. -
