Liked: Location still is amazing, as the personell at reception and bar

Could be better: Get security to speak more than 1 language. And also having a gasleak next to is which took 5 days to fix is unacceptable. Had to do the cleaning myself upon arrival

Liked: Good location with a variety of activities. The bull show is really worth doing. Takeaway pizzas were great

Could be better: The pools, however, feel cramped for the size of campsite. I gave up trying to do any sort of swimming or soaking as people everywhere

Liked: Facilities excellent and ambience, but cost is prohibitive.

Liked: Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The accommodation was incredible and the location of the site is unbelievable.

Liked: We enjoyed the location of the campsite, the proximity to the beach was fantastic.

Could be better: On arrival someone was on our pitch and they expected to stay another night! We told reception, they said they would send someone to the pitch to help - however, no one came, much to our disappointment . Instead we had to negotiate with the Spanish guy to leave our pitch. This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. It meant that our first taste of the campsite was very poor. We do not except this from a 5 star campsite.

Liked: Family of five staying for a week. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, particularly the activities that were put on through the week (day time and night time), plus the location so close to the beach.

Could be better: It is a big site and the pool area is unbelievably busy on hot/sunny days Putting on more sporting activities during the day as they were always over subscribed (flag rugby, table tennis, volley ball etc). The outdoor gym/exercise area is not very good.

Liked: Facilities and information about activities were excellent.

Could be better: The off site activities would have benefitted from transportation

Liked: At first this campsite looked promising. Very good slides, nice pool area, access to a beautiful beach.

Could be better: The toilets when camping are filthy, they stink & you could smell them from the tent. There was a large poo in one shower for 24 hours and the sink drains were constantly blocking. 8 toilets per block was no where near enough and the smell of urine was unbelievable. Our site with a tent had sewage seeping up and touching our tent, the sewage was pooling in puddles & stank. We complained on arrival & they did nothing even though you could even see the toilet paper and smell it. We complained again after a day & they finally moved us after the sewage but put another family there the next day

Liked: Fantastic location, right next to the dunes and seaside, with pine trees giving good shade on hot days. Lots of pretty villages nearby to explore by bike, and the bike rental service was excellent. Great entertainment for kids and families, and friendly staff throughout.

Could be better: Restaurant food was quite basic (the pizza was the exception — excellent), and the on-site supermarket frequently ran out of essentials like eggs and yoghurt. Public toilets in common areas need updating and much more frequent cleaning.

Liked: The facilities, pool, slides, arcade and children’s entertainment.

Could be better: The accommodation is not worth almost 5,000 euros. No aircon control in the main unit, no kettle, sanitary bin was still full from previous tenants. But the worst part was the noise. Every single night of our stay between 12am and 3am there was shouting and singing from gangs of youths going up and down the track to the beach. I complained at reception and called security during the night but it never stopped. For this reason we won’t ever return to this campsite. To pay so much money and spend a week of our vacation time utterly exhausted was devastating
