Liked: Premier area / space / location / AC / pool complex

Could be better: Unsafe decking at height with no gate guards for small children / incomplete equipment in caravan / animateurs were largely invisible - hardly saw village dance or pool games /

Liked: The location was excellent with close proximity to the beach and the local village. The on-site swimming pools and slides were the highlight for the both parents and kids alike and wonderful days were spent relaxing and playing at the pool. The arena setup is excellent and a fabulous piece of infrastructure. Even though we dont speak French the entertainment each night was varied and was great fun. A big well done to the talented Entertainments team who clearly put huge effort into their events.

Could be better: The Avenue by the pools towards the laundrettes and further on needs much better lighting. Kids are flying around on bikes and are invisible at night. Making the area around the arena, pools, and restaurants pedestrianised and diverting cars away and around the back of the site would make for a safer more relaxed site

Could be better: Too many people and electric vehicle charging was broken. That was a real issue for us and many otherrs

Liked: Pool excellent, pool restaurant the best one on choice options, table tennis in central location.

Could be better: - Needs 1 more good restaurant on site, or near beach. - New pizza restaurant menu a bit boring. - Needs a central football location near table tennis. Sports field too far from the camping area. - Evening entertainment could be more diverse and inclusive. Eg. A bit in English. - 1 more central bin location needed- too far away to take rubbish

Liked: I liked the campsite and the unit a lot however we had no air con when we arrived. We booked a premium cabin so we’re very surprised. We notified staff immediately on checkin and had various members of staff arrive who assured us it would be sorted. It was hot and we had a sick child so it was important.i was stressed as the office was closing and still hadn’t been fixed. They again assured me it would be fixed and gave me an out of hours number. Later the technician said it couldn’t be fixed till the next day at approximately 9pm. We text the night manager who said he would arrive but didnt

Could be better: We then had to sleep on a hot night with no air con and a sick child. We had to open all the windows for air and got badly bitten by mosquitoes. It was a nightmare first night with very little sleep and lots of stress. We had multiple staff members arrive who didn’t know what they were doing. The first staff member who came to help started looking at the tv remote when we complained about the air con. We paid 4500 in premium and it wasn’t premium service. The first day of the holiday was completely ruined by stress and lack of sleep. I requested a refund for the first night and no response

Liked: We loved Le Vieux Port. Kids thought pool area was fantastic. We loved forest setting by beach. Felt very secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed to find fee for tennis courts. We had already paid for stay, surely these were included as we had our own rackets. The pastries sold at the kiosk was fantastic and well used by us

Could be better: Restaurant food options. A bigger variety of food would have been nice. Again staff were very friendly in the Arena restaurant. We had the same thing repeatedly. Sangria was particularly good though

Liked: Place is always good , just too many people for the services available and large Qs . Hot water didn’t function properly in our vip site …. Couldn’t use showers as it kept going cold for all users and then nearly burned you as too hot without changing taps

Could be better: Less people or more facilities . Fix the hot water on the vip camp sites

Liked: Our accommodation was great, close to the beautiful beach and pool area but quiet at night. The pool area was brilliant for our children, clean and safe.

Could be better: The bedding provided was not very comfortable to sleep on. No pillows, just cushions and 1 for each person. We also felt the electric scooters should be managed better, very dangerous with small children on same paths/roads.

Liked: Well run site with plenty to occupy all ages and interests

Could be better: The mobile could be better equipped, better linen, higher quality finishings and better cleaned. ,
