Liked: Shop service efficient, pizza takeaway very nice. Short walk to the beach. Secure site.

Could be better: The Eurocamp accommodation was right next to the cleaners tents and they were very noisy all holiday late at night into the early hours of the morning Slides at the pool very slow There was a fair the whole 10 days we were there so loud music from there until late

Liked: Great location. Felt like everything we needed had been thought about. Really relaxed feel to the site. Pool was brilliant and amazing that it was part of the price

Could be better: Bins were a long way from the pitch. Beach was a bit of a walk. Ok for us but possibly not as good if you have smaller children (under 7).

Liked: The site was immaculately maintained and very clean. Pool area and beach access very good. Evening entertainment very good. The Eurocamp team and the animators were all very helpful and pleasant. We had a very relaxing stay. It would have been helpful to know that we should have reserved bikes in advance of our stay, as we were unable to obtain these until 3 days later.

Could be better: Our greeting on arrival by the reception team was not great. We speak French, so it was not a language issue, but the girl was miserable and did not smile once. Some of the on site store staff were also very off hand but equally there were some very pleasant staff.

Liked: Great pool area with slides for older kids, smaller pool and slides area for younger children and a fully shaded pool which was fantastic with our baby.

Could be better: Traffic management needs definite improvement with scooters, bikes, cars, trucks and electric scooters all sharing the road. My older child saw an accident between a child and a truck while there, ambulance was called. Did not feel safe letting them scoot as we have done on other sites.

Liked: Facilities like pool, beach super market, activities and entertainment. The neighbouring village and vicinity to Biarritz is also great for the odd day trip.

Could be better: Overall customer service and communication.

Could be better: Entertainment was all in French! Meal choice in restaurant quite limited. But just being picky! Fantastic site!
