Liked: The picnic bench on the camping plot was very good. Provided shade and an area to eat and drink.

Could be better: Electricity access.

Liked: The facilities, the pool area is great although for the size of the park it’s not big enough but is great never the less, the pitches are all private which is great, the accommodation needs lacks an oven, so limited to what you can cook and forces you to eat out, the staff of lifestyle holidays on site were second to none, where there as soon as contacted if needed for gas change or any other issues. The beach is gorgeous with a food shack on there and in our opinion made the best food on site. The spar shop is great and well stocked again though pricey

Could be better: Le Vieux port, for his big your park is the pool area is not sufficient, it needs to be bigger to accommodate more guests, you need ovens in all your accommodation and please please sort the quality of the food and service in your eateries, for the prices charged the food is not up to standard, the pizza serviced at the takeaway hatch is the only food we ate that we really enjoyed and had a couple of times and was value for money other than that keep away and try and find somewhere off site to eat

Liked: We had an excellent family holiday. Our party of 17 ranged in age from 3 months to 74 years. We loved being near the beach and the water park was a great hit.

Liked: Splash facilities were great for the kids - they loved the slides and pools very much. The beach was also a great go-to for the whole family.

Could be better: Not a great variety for dining on-site - food was quite pricey and very 'average' for what we paid. This is the first time in 3 years at Eurocamp, we have never received a welcome or introduction from any rep the entire duration of the stay.

Liked: Well maintained campsite, even though it is huge. Our kids got a bit bored of the swimming pool but thankfully there are other things to do in the area (having a car definitely helps).

Could be better: The on-site shop is very expensive. It’s a bit of a trek to the beach. The kids camp is useless. We’ve a 9 year old son who loves to play football, but the organised football tournament is for age 13+ (bad form there is nothing for his age). Apart from the foam party (Thursday night), the evening entertainment is pretty poor. On-site restaurants aren’t great.

Could be better: The WiFi was very weak

Liked: Stayed on pitch P36 at Le Vieux Port campsite for just over 3 weeks. Service wasn’t great. Our jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned. We complained on 4 seperate occasions for someone to come clean it. WiFi wasn’t working…said the technician would come out..never happened and we went to reception 3 time for this. We also emailed Resasol several times…no response to this day. We can attach files showing how green the jacuzzi was. We have been to Le Vieux Port over 10 times and this was the worst year in terms of service from Resasol

Could be better: New staff are not responsive, not helpful and did not resolve any of our issues. We complained several times about our Jacuzzi, WiFi and the fact that no one was helpful

Liked: The campsite itself is lovely. Pool is fantastic, entertainment is great. Very clean and close to local attractions

Liked: Location is fantastic.Pitch was larger than last time we came. Azur / blue is a great location near to pool and the beach. Beach is wonderful. Pool is great Foam party was fun. Restaurant was good with a nice selection of food. Service was generally okay although not the most friendly.

Could be better: The mobile home was not clean when we arrived - the shower had hair in it and the floor had not been swept properly. The shower was the worst thing as it was moldy in the corners and looked horrible and very unhygienic. We liked the location of the mobile home in Azur so we didn’t want to move - but you should not be accommodating guests in such shoddy accommodation. We have now moved to a second campsite Yelloh Village Pin Parasol - this campsite puts you to shame in terms of cleanliness and welcome.
