Liked: The location and surrounding areas are lovely, however the campsite is simply over populated and whilst 7 swimming pools may be advertised, these become so filled by people that they become standing only pools. If you wish to swim, best time is 10 am as it opens. On the subject of swimming pools, is it right that a life guard uses chemicals to clean the walls off the pool whilst customers are in it? There is nowhere to go and have just a drink, customers must always buy food. On really hot days, unless you have air conditioning in your accommodation, you will have no shelter from the heat.

Could be better: The football pitch was very muddy. Did not suit for children .

Liked: The pool is great and the beach is fabulous and there’s lots to do for all the family.

Could be better: The pitches are no where near the size as advertised when booked!!! There’s no soap or any way to dry your hands in the toilets blocks etc. The pitches are dirty sand based so everything gets filthy.

Liked: Clean and quiet

Could be better: No car and therefore had to walk to the Bins. Maybe get a few Bins nearly.

Liked: Teens enjoyed activities and entertainment at the Arena. Good facilities. Swimming pool enjoyed by all. Shop stocks most things although campsite prices. Takeaway pizza tasty. Easy to navigate around the campsite and good for riding a bike around as well as walking. Beach access a real bonus. Washing facilities were excellent and never had to wait for a machine. Number plate recognition to get on and off site worked really well.

Could be better: WiFi was really poor. We couldn’t get on it at all at our premium chalet. More frequent sports tournament would’ve been enjoyed by our teenagers. Premium check in was non existent and check in was chaos. Electric car charging would’ve been good for our hybrid. Sheets were absolutely awful! Don’t stay on and feel like paper. There aren’t enough table tennis tables for the size of the site. The children would’ve loved a dart board on site.

Liked: It was our first holiday like this and was nice had something for us all and was a beautiful location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was amazing and having that along with the water park was brilliant.

Could be better: The caravan was smaller and more cramped than we expected. We arrived on Monday and water park was super clean and all the slide stairs where clean, by Friday it was getting smelly and dirty which made less enjoyable

Liked: The pool had plenty of beds

Liked: The water park was excellent, access to the beach was superb with great waves.

Could be better: A lack of external vendors for food. Only really chicken and pizza. Would have been good to have more diversity or locations.

Liked: Staff were friendly and service excellent in all restaurants and snack bars. A good family feel even though site is larger than some. Great pools, slides and activities. Site clean and tidy. Lovely to be near the beach. And great cafe down at the beach too! Waves big so good to stay in lifeguard zone for families. Euro camp staff friendly and was impressed by the leave behind and borrow service which meant my children had access to balls, body boards, games and buckets and spades which we didn’t bring with us.
