Liked: Pool was great, beach easily accessible and beautiful. Spa was also very good!

Liked: Being in a pine forest and near the beach was good. There’s also a great pizza place walking distance away (in a carpark next to the Casino). Could cycle to town / nearby lake to escape.

Could be better: The place is massively overpriced, run down, overcrowded, noisy and stressful. So much concrete, expensive restaurants and a playground in a carpark, or the football pitch next to the bins. We had thumping music until the early hours most nights, it was quite a walk to the beach, massive ridiculous queue to check in, really bad road/pedestrian/bike road situation at the entrance so very had to navigate safely with small children. Some residents were taking photos of small children in the shower blocks. By far the most expensive and least pleasant camping experience I’ve had. Felt ripped off.

Liked: Kids loved the pools, we liked the beach access for dog walks. We had a nice meal at the restaurant and there was a nice spot for a morning coffee. The kids went to the arena one of the nights and saw a very entertaining show.

Could be better: The site has too many pitches all crammed together. With a caravan it only takes one poorly parked car (and there were many) to make navigating a nightmare.

Liked: Large vip pitch. Plentu of space to pitch large trailer tent and awning. Toilet shower and kitchen excellent. Quiet around the tents in the forest. Fabulous beach. Slides and pool excellent. Children loved the football pitch, arcade and the fair

Could be better: Jacuzzi noisy at night and a bit smelly by the end despite the useful outdooe shower

Liked: We liked the pool and slides for the kids. We loved the children’s disco and our older teenagers enjoyed the evening shows and football etc. loved being close to the sea. Loved that it was quiet. BBQ was great.

Liked: We love this place, surrounded by the pine trees easy access to the beach the kids ( teens) are safe and make great international friends the pool as just enough fun stuff ( slides etc..) and the hot tub area is great to relax in , always get a sun bed , the spa is great and good massages there us as much it little as you want to do 🏝️👍

Could be better: Arena - entertainment could be better

Liked: The site was very clean and had plenty to do and lots of facilities. The shop opening hours were very good too and the pool was fantastic for adults and children alike.

Could be better: The restaurant on the site was a big let down. The service was very poor, and the food was dreadful, very poor quality, with our table being served their dishes so far apart, some of us had finished before others started. They missed one of our meals and the food was very basic, with the bacon in the carbonara was just lumps of fat with no meat inside. It was a huge let down to a lovely day we had had.

Liked: Loved our stay but then we did treat ourselves to a dune view premium chalet which was very expensive and wonderful. We had a great time and felt very relaxed. Site was immaculate and friendly.

Could be better: PLEASE warn people on bikes to use their BELLS OR HORNS to warn pedestrians when coming past - a few times there were near misses with bikes speeding past - it was ridiculous. Everyone used to use bells but they dont anymore. I think you must mention this to people when they check in.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful.

Could be better: Toilets were very smelly. Providing soap for hand washing is essential. It was very overcrowded. Especially the pool area. On two days there where no seats available.

Liked: We enjoyed our holiday at Camping Le Vieux Port Resort & Spa, it was situated in a peaceful, woodland area, and our accommodation was clean & comfortable. The staff were helpful and happy to answer any questions we had. Our friends and Grandson were staying on there also, and they were just two minutes walk away from us and this made it a perfect holiday.
