Liked: Huge campsite but set within the forest it feels very peaceful. Large pitches, and the site is split into different zones each with a shower and toilet block so there was never a queue (in late August). Waterpark was amazing, such good fun. Short walk over the dune to the beach. We enjoyed the entertainment and our daughter loved the kids club.

Could be better: Would be great to see soap in the toilets/handwash basins, and water could be a lot warmer for washing up.

Liked: The pool and slides

Could be better: Very cramped chalets, stacked up on each other, no room to park car, no bbq-had to use shared bbq dotted around camp, no grills available so had to buy own. Noisy. So big and long walk everywhere-you really need a bike or electric scooter. You have to add on 30 mins to go anywhere on foot! Tennis courts were an extra fee. If you want to book boat trip-go on first day as all sold out. Don’t bother with spa-overpriced and rubbish!!

Could be better: Rubbish bins closet to caravans. Buggy hire/ride options. Very rude member of staff in the restaurant.

Liked: Great campsite! It is large but still retains a friendly feel to it. Quiet at night. Good water park. Harbour restaurants we cycled to were a good find! Entertainment was good.

Could be better: The spa shop is so expensive!

Liked: We have returned every year for 3 years as we enjoy it so much

Liked: Water park had great facilities, incl. cafe and hot fresh water showers.

Could be better: Some cyclists on the campsite don't have regard for people on foot; some cycle at night with their lights off, when people are walking home. Even during the day may cyclists cycle too fast and turn corners without slowing down. I think electric scooters should be banned. As well as specific activities for teenagers, there should be a daily teenagers meet-up/club.

Liked: We liked ocean and place around.

Could be better: Learn to read well clients e-mails and before confirming something be sure of what you are You need to specify that if you pay €30 in addition to stay SIDE-by-SIDE with your friends for YOU it means “close in the same area”. If clients ask to be SIDE-by-SIDE through emails and you confirm “OK no problem” and if clients book and buy all SIX months before you must be clear and make it possible. But first, learn to read emails and reply consistenly and say the truth. You had 6 months to make 3 clients happy if we think you had 6 months to find 3 pitches and not decide them at our arrival

Liked: The Resort itself was very good, although the choices of places to eat were limited for the amount of people the resort accommodates, alot of queing at food outlets.

Could be better: More varied food outlets, and possible shuttle buses for when booking trips and activities the site has to offer, rather than spending alot of money on taxi's to get there. We caught a flight so had no transport whilst at the resort.

Liked: The beach

Could be better: Accomodation is not representative of the descriptions, food offering on the site is average at best and overly expensive, hygiene of the pools was awful.
