Dominic can be taken to Europe - but only with prior agreement (additional charge £50). Please note that Dominic is GPS tracked to make sure he doesn't wander.

Do not leave pets un-attached (over night or when offsite) in Dominic.
Throws can be provided if pets are to sit on furniture.

Collection/Drop-off Logistics:
Collection is 1pm and return time is midday.
Early collection/ late return is available but this must be agreed upon in advance.
A late return, that isn't pre-agreed will incur a £10 per hour charge deducted from your deposit. Please contact us as soon as safely possible.
Please allow some time for the hand-over of the motorhome and inspection on return - approx 30mins.
Returning Dominic:
You do not need to refill the gas (Gaslow).
You will be provided with a 3/4 to full tank of fuel (Diesel). Please ensure you return with a similar tank level, failure to do so will incur a fuel charge (£25 + cost of fuel).
Grey waste must be emptied.
Toilet cassette along with internal seat to be emptied and cleaned, failure to do so will incur a £75 charge.
We ask that you return Dominic in a tidy condition. We ask that you return any items moved around back to their original locations, quick wipe round of hard surfaces with provided cleaning products and empty bins/fridges.
Free parking for your vehicle is available at our house. However, it will be left at your own risk.
Accidents/Breakages:
We ask that you message as soon as the accident occurs so we can make sure that we order replacements etc. This allows us to stock Dominic back up for the next hirer.
The hirer is responsible for any fines received that are applicable for the hiring period (i.e. speeding, parking, traffic enforcement, ULEZ/Congestion charges). We will pass any details of the hirer to the fining authority.

What a thoroughly great experience, handover before the trip was comprehensive and covered everything you would need to know to cover your trip. We had a last minute cancellation that turned out to be the best thing as we came across ‘Dominic’ and he looked after us admirably. We chose to stop at random selected sites up West Wales, Aberporth, Aberystwyth, Machynlleth to name but a few. ‘Dominic’ coped great with all the places we went and after a days travelling around was the perfect space to relax and reflect on where we’d been and get good night’s sleep. An immaculately turned out motorhome which has everything you need for a great trip and is a pleasure to have a trip in. Many thanks to Gareth and Andy for being so helpful and making our trip hassle free and memorable.

The owners spend a lot of time with you explaining the features and functions of the motorhome. There is also a booklet they prepared that you can refer to as you need.
The motorhome is spotless, comfortable with very high quality finishes it really is a great place to be and to relax in the spacious lounge area.
Keeping in the mind the size of the vehicle it is very easy to drive, maneuver made even easier with reverse cameras and all round parking sensors. So easy to setup once you have arrived on site.
Highly recommend this motorhome, the owners are great as is the vehicle.
