This motorhome is the only one we have available to hire, so should the vehicle be returned from a previous hire in poor condition or not road worthy for any reason we will retain the right to cancel and return your money, unfortunately we cannot provide alternative arrangements.

Late returning is chargeable at a rate £25.00 per 15 minute Interval, we want to avoid this charge so encourage you to return as per the agreement and avoid any unwanted disussion.

This is a good motor home and Emma and Jon are very helpful. Be aware that you need to connect to a stand pipe to fill the water tank. For a previous hire we had used a container with a flexible hose when parked far from a stand pipe. September 2023

We had a fantastic experience hiring this motorhome. Jon and Emma are a lovely couple, very helpful and fully explained everything we needed to know prior to taking out the motorhome. We hired for the weekend, the van was equiped perfectly, it was clean and comfortable and drove smoothly. We had a great time away in the motorhome, although a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults, we enjoyed our time in it. Jon and Emma were very helpful and explained things very well to us and on hand for any difficulties during our time away. The motorhome ran smoothly, it was comfortable and did the the job for the week. We were a little disappointed on arrival to collect the motorhome due to it looking older and more worn than in the advertised photographs - worn away paint patches to the bonnet and A pillars and an older looking van than expected with handles to outdoor storage and water store showing signs of wear and tear making it difficult to get until you got the knack. The van was clean and ready on collection therefore we didn’t raise this to Jon due to needing to get off to a full timetable of weekly activities. In hindsight we should have previewed the van before committing to its hire to ensure we were happy. During our week away we had trouble with the fridge. Jon was very helpful with trying to resolve this but unfortunately we lost a lot of food due to a warm fridge. On return home, Jon found no faults and was great to discuss this with. Jon and Emma are good hosts and we appreciate them loaning us their motorhome, we had a great adventure! July 2023

We had a great few days away in this lovely motorhome! Very clean & compact, perfectly equipped, everything thought of (don't even need to take a wash up sponge!), spacious seating area & the most comfortable bed ever! Very nice to drive too As a first motorhome experience we found the owner extremely helpful, in a friendly & professional manner, the booking was easy & stress free, as was collection & return of the vehicle, & all in all it was a most pleasurable experience! Nice motorhome, very spacious and well looked after. Great location to pick up from if you’re heading to the Welsh coast. The owner was very helpful in showing me the vehicle but he did log kms as miles (which could have cost me if I hadn’t exceeded the allowance) and he did try and get me for some damage to the vehicle that was pre existing - almost 2 weeks after I returned the vehicle, I’m still awaiting my deposit return. If you’re happy to check every inch of the vehicle before you take it, then I’d recommend. Overall, I wouldn’t take a chance with this hirer again. July 2022

Response from Jon I accidentally logged the kilometres on collection, but used the same method when returned so the renter was never at risk of being charged. Regarding the damage comment, the hirer returned the motorhome without completing any handover process, shortly after drop off I noticed some minor damage which I didn't realise was pre-existing, I simply asked for a written statement just in case the vehicle had been involved in an accident. Once I studied some pre-hire photos on the computer I realised it was indeed pre-existing, I unreservedly apologised admitting a miss-understanding on my behalf by voicemail, email and text but the hirer chose to ignore me, during these messages I explained the deposit would be returned, I'd already instructed Goboony to return the deposit immediately, unfortunately they experienced payment delays so made the situation worse.
