We are a family of 4 and stayed in this motorhome for a week. The motorhome has everything you need and its very easy to set up. It's been refurbished to a good standard and looks very modern. The electric hookup plugged right in. The cooker and fridge worked fine. They even lent us a multicooker which was very handy for chips! The electric cooler was perfect for drinks and beers. The shower didn't blast out but it was enough for a quick wash, we used the onside showers mostly anyway. The owners are friendly and helpful when answering any questions we had. I would definitely hire this camper again. August 2021

Terrible experience. The van was not representative of the pictures advertised. Poorly explained use of van on collecting. Set off on a 10 hour drive to find out speedo didn’t work although owners knew this and did not think to tell us. Van felt like it was going to tip over on driver’s side and felt unsafe to drive. We arrived at our destination to find it had two bold tyres on the front, which caused us to miss a day and a half of our holiday to wait for tyres changing. We were told not to worry as we would get a partial refund upon return, which never materialised. Infect, the owner had the cheek to leave us a two star review for ‘returned in bad condition’, which is completely the opposite. Everything we touched seemed to drop to bits or have an issue. Window blinds would not close in the rear, Loads of kitchen things missing, not enough for 6 people and dishes etc were dirty. We found an old bottle of pop in one of cupboards. The fridge didn’t stay and cooker wouldn’t stay lit so were unusable throughout our holiday. We couldn’t use any electric when we were parked up to camp as it didn’t have an inverter to use 230v- there was only hookup . The bbq set on fire at the bottom (which we replaced when we returned with a brand new one) but due to this we had to eat out for the remainder of our journey On returning the van, they had the cheek to say it was mucky as there was some grass etc on floor. However, we’d already paid £50 was beforehand to clean the van upon its return. We explained all the issues we’d had and they didn’t seem interested or tried to pass the blame on to us. We hired a motor home for a luxury holiday which didn’t turn out that way as it wasn’t anywhere near luxury. Very disappointed all round with the experience. Stay well clear of these owners.
