Experience roaming free, visiting stunning locations, at your own pace, with luxury home comforts surrounding you. Our spacious 8 metre motorhome is fully equipped to cater for your every need during your adventure.
Food On The Move!
We have a well equipped kitchen including a gas hob, oven and grill and an electric microwave plus one electic hob ring (available when hooked up to mains electricity). For those long lazy mornings, we have included the added luxury of a toaster and coffee machine (available when hooked up to mains electricity). Included, is a kettle, pots, pans and all the accompanying utensils for mobile wining and dining. We have an integrated fridge freezer, which can operate on mains or gas, so you can stock up on all your personal favourites to take with you. It also includes crockery and cutlery, with additional sets supplied for use with the barbeque and picnic set. There is ample storage space for at least a week’s worth of supplies!
Shut Eye!
High on our list of priorities, when we’re exploring, is a good night’s sleep, so we have invested in a new luxury mattress for the master double bed. There’s nothing more mesmerising than pulling back the blind to stare at the stars through the skylight above the bed, to add to the feeling of freedom. There is an additional pull out double bed in the living area, divided by a privacy curtain. If you should require additional sleep space (perhaps for those teenagers who need their own space) you can always take advantage of the huge garage compartment, ideal for storing all kinds of extra equipment, such as, additional tents, blow up beds, gazebos, kayaks etc.
Freshen up!
After a long day at the beach or trekking the wilderness, there’s nothing better than a refreshing hot shower. The motorhome’s bathroom consists of a small sink, a self enclosed shower and a toilet. There is plenty of cupboard space for keeping your personal products and preparations. Whilst hooked up on a touring site, you can conserve your water and use the site facilities, but never fear a full tank of water allows for at least 2-3 days of wild camping.
Entertainment
After along day on the road or exploring, it's great to unwind for the evening. The motor home has a TV & integrated DVD player, which runs off the mains (when hooked up) or twin 12 volt leisure batteries and large solar panel on the roof. Also attached is a TV aerial and free view satellite dish. We have included WiFi and a Firestick (with access to Prime, Netflix and Disney Channel), to give you a greater variety of viewing.
Extras
To cater for the somewhat temperamental British weather and to lift your spirits, we have included a relaxation station! This a set of indoor travel games, including connect four, battleships, guess-who and of course a pack of cards. There is also some mindfulness colouring and a set of colours.
After a busy day exploring it’s lovely to create a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere to relax in, so we have provided you with some battery operated candles and lanterns.
If you require additional space (perhaps for the teenagers!) there is a large garage compartment at the back ideal for storing an additional tent, kayaks, paddle boards, sports equipment, outdoor table and chairs, beach equipment etc. To make your stay even more enjoyable and to encourage you to play while you're away, we have included a boule and badminton set.
Safety Features
The motor home complies to current safety standards. It has a carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, (annoying when frying bacon but essential to keep you and yours safe!). Also a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. It has a rear parking camera to assist with those tricky manoeuvres (although we 100% recommend someone seeing you back!). We have provided break down cover as part of the costs just in case! If you do run into trouble…..don’t panic, call for assistance, put the kettle on and enjoy the comfort of the van while you wait for help.
Us
We are extremely busy professionals who love nothing more than taking to the open road, sometimes with a clear destination in sight, sometimes with the urge to venture into the unknown, finding beautiful places we didn’t even know existed. We are keen photographers, driven to find exciting uninhabited spaces. Our adventures have led us to some wonderful discoveries: stunning lochs, woodlands and the rugged mountains of Scotland; sleeping under the stars on Dartmoor sharing our temporary home with wild horses and grazing sheep; finding an amazing spot to park for a few nights, literally on the beach, witnessing the most incredible sun rises and sunsets!
