Casper – Stunning 4 berth T6 Volkswagen Transporter

This is our professionally converted T6 Volkswagen Transporter camper,
Called Casper and he's a great looking camper!

There are five seatbelts room for three people in the front and two in the rear, all with fitted three-point seatbelts. Unfortunately, Isofix is not featured on any of our campers.

There is a fold down sofa which converts to a double bed and once the roof is popped up there is enough headroom for even the tallest person to stand up in the living area comfortably, Within the pop-up roof is an additional bed large enough to sleep one adult or two children.

There are blackout blinds fitted on all windows to provide you with extra privacy at night and we have added a thermostatic night heater so this vehicle can be used all year round without the worry of feeling the cold.

The kitchen area is fitted with a 12v fridge freezer, sink with running water and a two-burner gas hob. We have fitted out the kitchen with all pots and pans, crockery and cutlery you will need for up to 4 people.

The leisure battery has a meter so you can keep an eye on the charge level but on normal usage you can expect 2 days life from the battery. The battery is charged up when the engine is running so if you are touring/ sight-seeing you have no need to worry about the battery going flat. If you are not using to travel we advise you to run the engine to save you from draining the battery completely every few days.
In addition to the separate leisure battery we have mains hook up which can be used to run the low energy LED lighting, USB sockets and 230v points. We provide a hook-up lead for you.

This camper van is very economical, easy to drive and is great fun whether you are travelling through cities or out in the countryside.

Our insurance covers drivers over 25 years old with a full UK driving licence which has been held for at least 2 full years. We include national breakdown cover.

We are pet friendly but ask you keep your pets off the seats!

This van is fully cleaned before and after all hires, to ensure that your van is COVID clean and safe, we use an anti-bacterial cleaner and steamer to sanitise all surfaces. All floors, seats and cushions will be cleaned as well.

A full inventory and vehicle inspection will be carried out when you collect the vehicle and when you return, any damage or missing items will be deducted from your deposit.
We ensure it is clean, tidy and fresh for you upon collection so please ensure you return him in the same condition.

An additional driver will be charged out at £50 which is payable on the day.

Collection is from 2pm with drop off by 11am. If you need to amend these times please contact us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please arrive at least an hour before you wish to depart to be able to allow for enough time to go through the inventory report and to conduct a full inspection of the vehicle where everything will be detailed with photographs and you will be required to sign a copy. When you arrive,
we will need to take a photocopy of your driver’s licence and two proofs of ID from each driver
UK licences Documentation to retain from each driver:
1. We must see the original and collect a Copy of the photo card drivers’ licence (Address & ID must be up to date)
2. Online DVLA licence check - only UK driving licences.
3. Two forms of proof of address (Address must match the drivers licence)
4. Cleared a traceable security deposit (Bank Transfer)
5. Signed rental agreement (Please ask for a copy to be emailed to you) The following documentation is acceptable for proof of address alongside One Utility Bill/Statement: (Must be dated within 90 days of the hire date)

Driver criteria:
1. All drivers must have held a full licence for a minimum of 24 months
2. All drivers must be aged between 25-75
3. Drivers can have up to 6 points on their licence (providing they are two minor offences)
4. Drivers can have no more than one fault or non-fault claim within the last 5 year
Please be aware that should the government impose another lock down, we will allow for you to defer any booked dates and choose new alternative dates.
