We had the best time and motor home and the service received was great! August 2021
I don't like giving bad reviews but we were not happy with our camper van. A red light started snowing after pick up and when we rang Geoffrey he said carry on to our destination and he would replace the van the next day at 2 pm. Having delayed our holiday for one day due to overbooking we now had to waste another half day for replacement. When it was nearing the 2pm my husband started the engine and the red light had disappeared so we rang Geoffrey and told him to save making the journey, this saving him time and petrol but by this time we had lost another day. The next day we set out and shortly into our journey two red lights appeared. We were fed up now and decided just to carry on. When we returned the van we were told that the van was booked in for a service but surely this should have been done before hiring it out. We couldn't find a petrol station so we're not able to fill up the tank but on our journey home was issued with a bill for £70. I just felt that after everything this could have been waived. The van itself was fine and the handover was fine it was just everything else. G June 2021

As soon as we were alerted to the problem we made an enormous effort to find a replacement van which we then went to collect a distance of three hours away from us. On our way to bring you a new van and swap them out we received instruction from yourselves informing us that the light was no longer indicating. We therefore aborted our trip to you as per your request. As you mentioned the indicator light came on again, we were not made aware of this until the vehicle was dropped off. Our vehicles are always kept upto date on their services and in this case the fault was eventually diagnosed as being with the sensor itself and was not a mechanical problem. We believe that we went over and beyond to rectify the problem immediately and that the vehicle was exactly to specification as per images and inventory provided on our site. It was clear when you arrived that you had been expecting a motorhome. Also, it is a condition that the vehicle be returned with a full tank of petrol and since it wasn’t we had to take it to be filled. We provided the receipt for filling the vehicle and deducted from the deposit as per our terms and conditions. I thought the van was very reasonable/generous on fuel.
