Excellent service. The team were easy to communicate with both before and during our trip. Everything was as advertised. We had the van for just over 2 months and had no real issues. Very reliable. Only recommendations would be for a thicker mattress on the bed for more comfort (we felt like we were sleeping right on the wooden planks) and a few more utensils/dishes for cooking/eating (what was provided was very minimal)
