Super easy. The Van is very nice, amd looks just like on the pictures. It's reliable! We haven't had any difficulties with the Van. Very well maintained. We just couldn't run the fridge for a lot of time, since it drains a lot off battery (secondary, independent from the Primarstufe Van battery). However, overall 5 Stars! Tiago is super kind! Picking the Van and dropping off went quick and without any issues.

The van is very ergonomic and can be easily driven through all the different landscapes of Portugal! Tiago is really open to communication and that's a game changer. You can go rent this van without worrying!

The van was as pictured and we had no issues with it at all. The bed was super easy to use and the other facilities worked well too. The van also seemed in good condition and we never had to worry about it driving around on some steep hills. It would have been nice to have full gas cannisters from the start so that we could cook the whole time, but we managed to find some to replace it for cheap. Also seems a bit odd that we should clean the van, but it was easy and simple to do so! Overall, a really good experience, would definitely recommend this van to others, Tiago was super helpful as well.
