Unfortunately the RV was not as advertised. I had called Yescapa before leaving for this trip because I had read the previous negative review and was worried about my trip. Unfortunately this call didn’t change a thing, even if I was assured that the RV just recently passed a quality check. When we picked up the RV on a Sunday, the wheels were so consumed they had cracks (photo attached). It was not clean at all, actually quite dirty, so me and my wife had to go buy cleaning supplies and use our first vacation day (honeymoon) to clean it thoroughly: there were white hairs all over, crumbs and spots and stains. If you lift the mattress you can see for yourself too, and also find some very tiny bugs that infested the RV. The grey and black waters were not emptied and the actual water tank was not full. We had to do it all. While driving the fridge will open even if you put the “lock” on. Overall on the exterior, the back is damaged and has tape to keep it together. On top of this I had to schedule a mechanic to change the tires on the second day because I refused to drive it in such dangerous conditions, the owner, Susana, is not on the island and we had to do all ourselves while exchanging messages between each other. She sends a friend to deliver the RV and pick it up by the way so there you can guess probably why the lack of attention or cleanliness. We had to initially accept the RV rental because we were left with no alternatives, bear in mind it was also a Sunday so no Yescapa customer care available. Beware, stay away from this rental. ** reply from Owner*** Respecto al tema de las ruedas como ya comenté , recién paso la autocaravana la itv sin problema alguno en las ruedas ... Desde el primer momento que me contactaron, accedí a cambiarlas asumiendo el coste y les pregunte si preferían llevar ellos la autocaravana al taller o a través mío y se ofrecieron a llevarla ellos ... Por todo esto ya se les ha descontado un día y medio del alquiler , así que además tener que asumir una crítica tan negativa creo que es demasiado , teniendo en cuenta que ya tienen la constancia del cambio . Tomo nota del resto de comentarios para que no se vuelva a repetir .

The Camper is perfect for 2 Persons, easy to drive, went with it even in the mountains with no issue! Tip*: There is not a lot of room for storage so plan your trip with two normal luggage not something huge! There was everything we needed for our trip already in: salt&pepper, coffee etc.

La mia valutazione non sarebbe stata negativa, (nonostante la miriade di problemi e malfunzionamenti che elenco sotto) se non fosse stato per come siamo stati trattati a fine viaggio: La proprietaria non si è presentata alla riconsegna e ha mandato una sua amica, la quale ha iniziato a scrivermi su WhatsApp con insistenza perché io arrivassi il prima possibile, siccome lei aveva un impegno e doveva andarsene. Non avevamo concordato alcun orario preciso, nonostante lei sostenesse il contrario ma sono pronto a pubblicare le conversazioni, se necessario. Ho fatto un'inutile corsa in autostrada (anche perché aveva la nostra caparra in contanti) arrivando quindi all'ora che lei aveva deciso. Quando sono arrivato lei non era nemmeno lì e ho dovuto aspettarla, quando ci ha raggiunto ci ha trattato con un'arroganza inaccettabile e ha avuto la pretesa di scrivere sul contratto che non fossi arrivato in "orario". Anziché trattarci in questo modo, la proprietaria avrebbe dovuto ringraziarmi per aver messo una pezza a tutti i problemi del camper che posso dire di aver restituito in uno stato migliore di come l'ho trovato: - Tavolino rotto, ho dovuto ricomporre il blocco e fermarlo con una fascetta perché ad ogni viaggio si smontava finendo per terra - Tanica dell'acqua con un buco che è stato chiuso col silicone (vanno usati prodotti atossici apposta, non il silicone!!!) E riempiendola è saltato allagando tutto! - Il tappo del carico acqua non è originale e dopo aver fatto rifornimento ad ogni curva perdi litri d'acqua per strada - Autoclave che ogni tanto impazzisce e gira a vuoto per ore, rischiando di bruciarsi - Uno dei due fornelli inutilizzabile perché esce gas dalla base anziché dagli ugelli e brucia come una torcia - Porta del bagno che non rimane chiusa, aggiustata con una fascetta perché viaggiando si apriva sbattendo ovunque - Gomme lisce a fine vita, veramente pauroso in montagna, nonostante io in montagna ci viva! - Mancanza del tubo per caricare l'acqua, abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci chiedendolo in prestito o usando bottiglioni conservati apposta, altrimenti se al distributore non lo hanno siete fregati In conclusione vorrei far presente che la proprietaria non ha voluto scrivere sul contratto i danni esterni del veicolo, non so per quale motivo. Per fortuna la nostra vacanza è andata bene ma valutate attentamente le condizioni se non siete Bob l'aggiustatutto.   Respuesta propietaria: Lamento muchos los inconvenientes debido a un malentendido en la hora de la entrega , he tomado nota de los pequeños desperfectos ; la autocaravana recientemente ha pasado la Inspección técnica y está todo correctamente verificado; espero verles de nuevo en otra ocasión .
