CONDICIONES DEL SEGURO Y DEL ALQUILER * Edad mínima del conductor: 25 años. * Antigüedad mínima del permiso de conducir: 2 años. * Es obligatorio disponer de un permiso de conducir válido y en vigor. * Se permite un conductor principal y un conductor adicional, ambos debidamente identificados e incluidos en el contrato de alquiler. * Es obligatorio formalizar el contrato de alquiler y constituir una fianza de 800 € mediante transferencia bancaria realizada por el arrendatario o autorización de tarjeta de crédito a su nombre. * El vehículo dispone de seguro profesional para alquiler sin conductor, con cobertura de responsabilidad civil, daños propios, robo, incendio, rotura de lunas y asistencia en viaje. * Franquicia por daños propios: 800 € por siniestro. * Los equipajes y efectos personales están sujetos a las coberturas limitadas y exclusiones establecidas en la póliza. Se recomienda no dejar objetos de valor sin vigilancia. * Todas las garantías están sujetas a las condiciones generales y particulares del seguro.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
