GARANTÍAS Y COBERTURAS DEL SEGURO Nuestra autocaravana dispone de un seguro contratado con Generali, específicamente para vehículos destinados al alquiler sin conductor. El seguro incluye responsabilidad civil obligatoria y voluntaria, daños propios, robo, incendio, rotura de lunas, defensa jurídica y asistencia en viaje. Franquicia por daños propios: 900 € por siniestro. En caso de varios siniestros independientes, podrán aplicarse las franquicias correspondientes según las condiciones del seguro. Los conductores autorizados deberán ser mayores de 25 años y tener una antigüedad del permiso de conducir superior a 2 años. Exclusiones y limitaciones: no se incluye vehículo de sustitución. La cobertura de efectos personales es limitada y determinados daños, accesorios y circunstancias están sujetos a exclusiones específicas. Todas las garantías se aplicarán conforme a las condiciones generales y particulares de la póliza.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
