Main insurance coverages The insurance provides cover for insured accidental damage to the vehicle and theft, subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy. Insurance deductibles Vehicle damage: 10% of the insured loss, minimum approximately EUR 1,915. Roof and upper-body damage: 10% of the insured loss, minimum approximately EUR 1,915. Theft: 10% of the insured loss, with no fixed minimum. Standalone glass damage: 20% of the insured loss. The EUR amounts are indicative conversions based on an exchange rate of HUF 365/EUR. The original HUF amounts stated in the insurance policy remain applicable. Roadside assistance European roadside assistance is available within the covered territory, including assistance in the event of mechanical breakdown or vehicle immobilisation. In the event of a breakdown or insured incident, the assistance provider must be contacted as soon as possible. Authorised drivers All drivers must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle and must be identified in the rental agreement. Additional documentation, such as an International Driving Permit or an officially accepted translation, may be required for certain foreign driving licences. Main exclusions and limitations The insurance is subject to the exclusions and limitations of the applicable CASCO policy. These include, among others: Normal wear and tear and non-accidental mechanical breakdowns. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Driving without a valid driving licence. Unlawful, unauthorised or prohibited use of the vehicle. Damage arising from war-related events. Damage to personal belongings, bicycles or other items transported in or attached to the vehicle, unless separately insured. Loss of rental income and other consequential financial losses. Personal accident or injury coverage for the driver and passengers has not been confirmed under the CASCO policy and should not be assumed. Important information The insurance is subject to the policy's territorial limits, terms, conditions and exclusions. If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
