In the event of cancellation, the following refund conditions apply:

More than 50 days before pick-up:
You will be refunded the full amount paid, minus a €300 administration fee.

Between 49 and 15 days before pick-up:
You will be refunded 50% of the booking price.
The refunded amount may not be less than the amount paid, minus a €300 administration fee.

Less than 15 days before pick-up:
You will be refunded 20% of the booking price.

On the day of pick-up or in the event of refusal to collect the vehicle:
You will be refunded 5% of the booking price (including any insurance options and extra's purchased).
