The vehicle has full insurance with a maximum financial responsibility (excess) of €500 per damage event. - For minor damages: Liability is limited to the actual repair cost. - For major damages: Liability for car repairs is capped at the €500 excess. - Interior Damage & Missing Items: Please note that interior components (furniture, appliances, upholstery, camping gear) are not covered by the vehicle's Casco insurance. Any damage, deep stains, or missing items will be charged at full replacement or repair cost from the security deposit. - Vehicle Immobilization: Please note that if a major accident causes the vehicle to be blocked in a repair shop, leading to cancelled future bookings, additional fees for Loss of Use will apply and will be deducted from the security deposit, up to the full €1,200.

If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
